This is one of the most 'out there', with Chardonnay doing the heavy lifting, while a splash of Apera (sherry) gives a thrilling kick of salinity and nuttiness. What you get is basically a refreshing cool-climate Chardonnay with high acid profile, but with that extra something special from the little touch of sherry.

Sud De Frank is a collaboration between two mates having fun, making wines they like to drink - without compromise. Jared Dixon of Jilly Wines and Dan Graham of Sigurd. Both excellent labels in their own right, and Sud de Frank allows them to let loose on a collaboration in the best way.
